TERMS OF USE

By visiting, logging onto and accessing this “site” [tarawall.com] you agree to its terms of use.

We are a copyrighted entity managed by journalist, student and creative artist contributors that lend their talent to this site. We take copyright infringement and content piracy very seriously. All “content” [articles, videos, audio, photos, downloads, graphics] on this site is copyright protected. Copying, editing, duplicating any content is expressly prohibited.

While we encourage social sharing of our articles and videos for educational and editorial purposes with attribution, any marketing or commercial use of our content IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGEMENT WILL BE ENFORCED.

(Note: News organizations and editorial directors seeking permission to embed, customize or otherwise alter content for specific story packaging, can email us here with your request.)

While we produce and commission much of our own content, we also enjoy sharing like-minded links and giving shout outs through attribution with proper Commons-Use Copyright. We may miss something however, so if you discover any content on our site that you believe lacks proper attribution, please make us aware by sending an email here.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Much of our content is free and editorial in nature, but we have to pay the bills so we may allow for limited advertising, sponsored partnerships and selected content for purchase. The terms of our services and products extend to our valued users, clients and partners.

We believe in complete satisfaction and resolution. Should you find a product or service has not met this threshold, please do not hesitate to contact us.

PRIVACY & GUARANTEES

We respect your privacy and do not sell your information to third parties or third-party vendors. Registering on our site enables you to post comments, purchase products, access free downloads and receive occasional pertinent site information directly from us. We hate spam – just like you and will only add you to what you signup for. If you feel you have inadvertently been subscribed to or registered for a service without your permission or knowledge, please make use of the ‘unsubscribe’ option present on all of our signup requests.

We make no warranties, implied or otherwise. We do not guarantee free content will always be that way – but we do our best to keep as much available and open as our budget allows. If you would like to continue to see more subscriber-free editorial content on this site, please consider a sponsorship or contribution to the PTP Foundation for Media Arts.
