1/2 c. gluten-free steel cut oats

1c. coconut milk

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare oats according to package

Add fresh organic blueberries

1 tsp. agave nectar


Golden raisin, cranberry and walnut muffins:


Organic oatmeal muffin mix

Golden raisins, cranberries, and chopped walnuts

Combine ingredients & fill a cup-lined muffin pan halfway

Bake at preheated oven according to package




No bake, vegan chocolate-peanut butter oat drops:

1/ c. of oats with a sprinkle of ground flaxseed mixed in

1 tbsp. creamy organic peanut butter

Melted, dairy-free, organic dark chocolate chips

Mix & drop dollops of the mixture on parchment paper

Place parchment paper with drops in the freezer for 10 minutes
